Who We Are
We are a specialist manufacturer of agricultural PTO gearboxes, drive shafts, and power transmission components. Founded in 2006, we have spent nearly two decades refining our engineering, expanding our product range, and building long-term partnerships with agricultural equipment distributors and OEM implement manufacturers worldwide.
Our headquarters and primary manufacturing facility are located in the Economic Development Zone of Luqiao, Taizhou City, Zhejiang Province, China — one of the country's most established hubs for precision gear and transmission component production. From this base, we serve customers across Australia, Europe, North America, Southeast Asia, and beyond.
We are not a trading company or middleman. When you work with us, you deal directly with the factory that designs, machines, heat-treats, assembles, and tests every gearbox that bears our name. That direct connection means competitive pricing, transparent quality control, and the engineering flexibility to build exactly what you need.

What We Manufacture
We focus exclusively on agricultural and industrial power transmission components. Every product line is designed, machined, and assembled in-house — giving us complete control over quality, lead time, and cost.
⚙ Agricultural PTO Gearboxes
Our core product. Spiral bevel right-angle gearboxes for lawn mowers, rotary cutters, rotary cultivators, post hole diggers, disc mowers, and more. Cast iron and aluminium housings. 3HP to 150HP. Over 55 standard models with full custom capability.
🔄 PTO Drive Shafts
Standard, wide-angle, and constant-velocity PTO shafts in all common spline configurations (1 3/8" Z6, 1 3/4" Z20). Shear bolt and friction clutch overload protection. Guard shields compliant with international safety standards.
🔧 Gears, Shafts & Components
Individual spiral bevel gear sets, straight bevel gears, worm gears, and cylindrical gears. Input/output shafts, tapered roller bearings, oil seal kits, shear bolt packs, and housing gaskets for field repair and maintenance.
🏭 Industrial Reducers & Valve Bodies
Beyond agriculture, we also produce worm gear reducers, high-pressure valve bodies, and cast housings for industrial equipment, petroleum mining machinery, ship industry applications, and engineering hydraulic components.
Our Manufacturing Capability
We have invested continuously in CNC equipment, heat treatment infrastructure, and quality inspection systems to ensure every gearbox meets the demanding standards of international agricultural markets.
⚙ Gear Machining
We operate CNC gear hobbing machines, spiral bevel gear generators, and precision grinding centres capable of producing gears from Module 2.5 to Module 8.0. Tooth profile accuracy meets DIN/ISO Grade 6-7. Every gear blank is machined from 20CrMnTi forged alloy steel billets sourced from certified Chinese steel mills with full material traceability.
🌡️ In-House Heat Treatment
We do not outsource heat treatment. Our facility includes gas carburising furnaces, oil quench tanks, and tempering ovens. Every batch of gears undergoes carburising at 920 C, oil quenching, and low-temperature tempering to achieve 58-62 HRC case hardness with a tough, ductile core. We verify every batch with Rockwell hardness testing and metallographic cross-section analysis.
🛡 Casting & Housing Production
We source QT450-10 and QT500-7 ductile cast iron housings from partner foundries within 50 km of our facility, enabling tight quality control and rapid turnaround. Aluminium housings (ADC12 die-cast) are produced by our dedicated aluminium casting partner. All raw castings are inspected for porosity, dimensional accuracy, and material grade before entering our CNC machining cells.
🔎 Assembly & Quality Testing
Final assembly is performed in our dedicated clean-assembly workshop. Every gearbox undergoes a standardised QC process: bearing preload verification, gear mesh pattern check (contact pattern blue-check), run-in test at rated speed, noise measurement (target below 72 dB at 1 metre), and oil leak inspection under pressure. No gearbox leaves our facility without a signed QC pass certificate.
📈 Capacity & Lead Time
Our current monthly production capacity is approximately 4,500 gearbox units across all product lines. Standard catalogue models are typically available from ready stock for dispatch within 3-5 business days. Custom orders (non-standard ratios, shafts, or housings) require 30-45 days production lead time depending on quantity and complexity. We maintain safety stock of our 20 most popular models for Australian and European markets.
Quality Assurance & Certifications
We believe that consistent quality is the foundation of every long-term business relationship. Our quality management system covers every stage from incoming material inspection to final packaging.
🏆 ISO 9001:2015 Certified
Our entire production process operates under an ISO 9001:2015 certified quality management system. Annual surveillance audits by an accredited third-party body verify our compliance with documented procedures for design, production, inspection, and corrective action.
📄 Material Traceability
Every batch of 20CrMnTi gear steel and ductile cast iron is accompanied by a mill certificate verifying chemical composition and mechanical properties. We maintain full lot traceability from raw material receipt through to finished gearbox serial number — critical for warranty support and quality investigations.
🔬 In-Process Inspection
We perform dimensional checks at every major machining operation using CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine), profile projectors, and calibrated gauges. Gear tooth profiles are verified against DIN/ISO specifications. Hardness is tested on every heat-treatment batch. We reject any component that falls outside tolerance — no exceptions, no rework-and-ship.
✓ 100% End-of-Line Testing
Every assembled gearbox undergoes run-in testing, noise measurement, and oil leak inspection before packing. We do not rely on sampling — 100% of production is individually tested. The QC pass label on each gearbox records the test date, operator ID, and test results for full accountability.
OEM & Custom Manufacturing Services
We understand that standard catalogue models do not solve every problem. That is why we have built our engineering and production systems around flexibility. If your implement requires a gearbox that does not exist in any catalogue, we can build it for you.
What We Can Customise
▶ Rapporti di trasmissione — any ratio from 1:1 to 4:1 and beyond, matched to your implement speed and torque requirements
▶ Shaft configurations — spline type, diameter, length, keyway, taper, and thread specifications to your drawing
▶ Mounting patterns — bolt circle diameter, number of holes, flange thickness to match your implement frame
▶ Housing design — modified casting geometry, additional ports, integrated brackets, different materials
▶ Paint and finish — custom colours, powder coat, e-coat, or raw finish per your specification
▶ Branding — your logo on nameplates, your brand on packaging, complete white-label supply
How Custom Projects Work
Send us your drawings, a sample of the gearbox you need replicated, or even a sketch with key dimensions. Our engineering team will review, confirm feasibility, and provide a detailed quotation within 3-5 business days. Minimum order quantity for custom gearboxes starts at 50 units. Prototype and trial runs of smaller quantities can be discussed on a case-by-case basis.

What Drives Us
💪
Engineering Integrity
We do not cut corners on materials or processes. Every gear is carburised, every bearing is precision-grade, every seal is double-lip. We build gearboxes that we would trust on our own equipment.
🤝
Partnership Mindset
We treat every customer — whether ordering 1 unit or 1,000 — as a long-term partner. We are transparent about lead times, honest about capabilities, and committed to resolving issues quickly when they arise.
🌱
Built for the Field
We design for real-world farming conditions — not laboratory conditions. Dust, mud, rocks, heat, cold, and relentless vibration. If it cannot survive the paddock, it does not leave our factory.
🚀
Continuous Improvement
We reinvest in CNC equipment, heat treatment technology, and R&D every year. Our engineering team analyses field failure data from customers worldwide to continuously refine gear profiles, seal designs, and housing geometry.
We Also Manufacture PTO Shafts
In addition to gearboxes, we produce the complete range of PTO drive shafts that connect the tractor to the implement gearbox. Standard series, wide-angle, and constant-velocity designs are available in all common spline configurations. Every shaft includes telescoping protection tubes and guard shields.
By sourcing both the gearbox and the PTO shaft from us, you get guaranteed compatibility, simplified procurement, and consolidated shipping — reducing freight cost per unit and eliminating the risk of mismatched components.
