We deliver to all major ports and regional centres across Australia via sea freight and air freight. Typical delivery: 14-21 days (sea) or 5-7 days (air) from order confirmation.

How quickly will I receive a reply?+
We aim to respond to all enquiries within one business day (Monday to Friday, AEST). Urgent requests — such as a gearbox failure during harvest season — are flagged for same-day attention. Include the word "URGENT" in your subject line or message if you need a faster response.
Can I visit your facility or request product samples?+
Absolutely. Our factory welcomes visitor inspections and we regularly host Australian and international buyers for facility tours. We can also ship product samples for your evaluation before committing to a bulk order. Contact us to arrange a visit or sample shipment.
What payment methods do you accept?+
We accept T/T (bank transfer), PayPal, and Letter of Credit (L/C) for larger orders. For first-time orders, standard terms are 30% deposit with balance before shipment. Established accounts with trading history may qualify for open-account terms. We will discuss payment details during the quotation process.
Do you handle customs clearance and import documentation?+
We provide all standard export documentation required for Australian customs clearance: commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, and material test certificates where applicable. We ship FOB or CIF to your nominated Australian port. If you use a freight forwarder, we can coordinate directly with them.
